SAT-EO-2026-05 - Authority on treaties

I, Lucas of Satoshi in my role of Grand Miner President of the Democratic Republic of Satoshi hereby provide the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the authority to draft treaties with other states or to sign treaties, with the stipulation that the Grand Miner President must approve all treaties for it to be ratified.
This executive order was drafted and signed on 17 January 2026 and will valid until the Government of Satoshi terminates its validity through an executive order or ministerial order
