# Treaty Satoshi-Sancratosia
The Principality of Sancratosia and the Democratic Republic of Satoshi, hereafter called “the Nations”, in accordance with the principles of international law;
**Agree to the following :**
### ARTICLE 1.
The Nations recognize the sovereignty and independence of the other. The Nations will not recognize a claim of sovereignty or independence that is concurrent with the ones claimed by the Nations.
### ARTICLE 2.
The Nations establish formal diplomatic relations. The Nations shall notify the other of any changes in administration or governance of foreign affairs in their respective governments.
### ARTICLE 3.
The Nations recognize and reaffirm that both Nations are separate and equal sovereign entities.
### ARTICLE 4.
The Nations adhere to the principles of non-intervention in the internal affairs and general administration of the other.
### ARTICLE 5.
The Treaty comes into effect on the date of publication by the Nations, but no latter than ten days after the signature by the competent authorities of the Nations.
# Treaty Satoshi-Todia
## Treaty of mutual recognition and for the establishment of diplomatic relationships between the Republic of Todia and the Democratic Republic of Satoshi
The Republic of Todia and the Democratic Republic of Satoshi, called from this moment the nations, agree to the following articles:
### Art. 1:
The nations recognise each other's independence, the nations will not establish diplomatic relations and recognize the independence of a country that is a concurrent of one of the nations.
### Art. 2:
The nations are separate, sovereign and equal countries and both can’t interfere in the internal affairs of the nations.
### Art. 3:
The nations establish formal diplomatic relations and both shall notify a change in the governament system or foreign affairs (without interfering in both cases).
### Art. 4:
The nations agree to the right of either of the nations to open diplomatic missions of each other, such as Embassies and if considered necessary, Consulates; physical or virtual, in venues, suitable for both of them; such Embassies shall be created by the Foreign Ministries or other such institutions in both countries; diplomats shall be nominated for the work in these missions via agreement between the Governments of both countries.
### Art. 5:
The document comes into effect when both nations signed it, if the treaty isn’t signed by one of the nations in seven days the treaty didn’t comes into effect.
His Excellency Christian Laudani and the Grand Miner President of the Democratic Republic of Satoshi hereby signs this treaty on the twenty-third of August twenty-twenty two at 12:00 PM.
# Treaty Satoshi-Salanda
### Preamble
This treaty establishes official diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Salanda and the Democratic Republic of Satoshi with the mutual recognition, between both of the nations as sovereign, free and independent nations with the mutual recognition between both nation’s pertaining as well to each nation that as a sovereign independent state both nations are capable of establishing foreign relations, declaring war, concluding peace, establish commerce, contract alliances, and do any other acts that are widely recognized by macronations as necessary for a government to be recognized as the government of an independent and sovereign state.
### Article I
It is mandated that the Kingdom of Salanda and the Democratic Republic of Satoshi respect the institutions, laws, claimed territories and the citizenship of both the signatory states and their citizens. Both nations shall work on collaborating on projects that are proposed by one another with the projects falling in the boundaries as defined by this treaty.
### Article II
The Kingdom of Salanda and the Democratic Republic of Satoshi undertake the extension of their corporate and cultural relations, supporting each other in foreign policy, unless there is a state of conflict based on each nation’s own fundamental principles.
### Article III
It is with positive intentions that both nations align in mutual recognition, alliance, friendship and collaboration that the treaty may be modified and extended with the consensus of both parties.
### Article IV
The document comes into effect when both nations signed it, if the treaty isn’t signed by one of the nations in seven days the treaty didn’t comes into effect.
# Treaty Satoshi-Duckionary
### Article 1
The Parliamentary Monarchy of Duckionary and the Democratic Republic of Satoshi are referred to as the “parties” in this treaty. A “party” is a signatory of this treaty.
### Article 2
The parties recognise each other territorial claims.
### Article 3
The parties recognise each others sovereignty.
### Article 4
Should a nation wish to cease foreign relations with a signatory of this treaty then they would need to notify the government in question 48 hours before publicly announcing that they are ceasing foreign relations with the nation in question.
This treaty was signed on the 31 August 2023 by The Grand Miner President, Lucas of Satoshi and Archduke Arthur of Duckionary
# Treaty Satoshi-Obscurium
## Treaty of Cooperation, Diplomacy and Non-Aggression between the Democratic Republic of Satoshi and the United Republic of Obscurium.
### Preamble:
The Purpose of this document is the establishment of formal cooperation and nonaggression between the Democratic Republic of Satoshi and the United Republic of Obscurium, hereafter referred to as the Parties.
### Article 1: Recognition
a) All Parties are to recognize each other's existence in written, audio or visual forms when requested by any other person or Party or even between offices of the said parties.
b) All Parties are to recognize each other’s sovereignty, government, titles and laws.
c) This agreement excludes the recognition of any territorial claims of either party.
### Article 2: Diplomatic immunity
a) All Parties agree that all Government and Diplomatic staff are granted Diplomatic Immunity within the bounds of International Micronational and Macronational Law.
### Article 3: Non-Aggression, Support and Cooperation
a) All Parties pledge continuing support and friendship between their states for the duration of this treaty. This support may be anything outside of the defined clauses within this treaty, as the Parties require.
b) All Parties are to support each other in case of any diplomatic or other forms of hostility if the signatory Party in question did not initiate the conflict.
c) All Parties agree to a Pact of Non-Aggression between them. This prohibits war, conflict, or violence between The parties, including the incitement of violence within a signatory party.
d) All Parties agree to hold a cultural exchange upon the request of one of the parties.
e) All Parties are prohibited from any form of military action involving each other unless done so with peaceful intent.
### Article 4: Confidentiality
a) All Parties shall maintain, to the extent allowed under its laws, the confidentiality of information exchanged under this Agreement.
b) Each Party shall take all precautions reasonably necessary to protect information exchanged under this Agreement from unauthorized disclosure.
c) Information such as joint ventures, mutual aid, and other such interstate affairs shall only be shared if needed with the public.
d) Each Party shall refrain from seeking to obtain private information from either nation, as well as any other information or knowledge which is not public.
e) Should either Party feel the need to obtain private information they may seek an informational plea from the other Parties to obtain the information legally.
### Article 5: Entry into Force, Amendments, and Withdrawal
a) This Agreement, including its articles on mutual respect, confidentiality, and general provisions shall enter into force on the date of the Parties formally signing this agreement.
b) The Parties may amend this Agreement, including the sections, through a written agreement. Any such amended articles shall enter into force on the first day following the date on which the Parties have exchanged notes confirming the completion of their respective confirmation of the updated treaty.
c) Either Party may terminate this Agreement in its entirety or any individual Sectoral Annex thereof by giving the other Parties two weeks’ notice in writing. In the case of termination of one or more articles, the Parties will seek to amend this Agreement, with a view to preserving the remaining articles in accordance with the procedures in this Article.
d) If the Parties cannot agree on an amendment to this Agreement or articles, this Agreement or the relevant article shall terminate at the end of the month from the date of the notice.
e) This agreement terminates automatically if one of the two signatory Parties ceases to exist.

# Treaty Satoshi-Agatonia
### *Article 1 *
The Commonwealth of Agatonia and Democratic Republic of Satoshi are referred to as the “Nations” in this treaty. A “Nation” is a signatory of this treaty.
### *Article 2 *
The Nations recognise each other territorial claims.
### *Article 3 *
The Nations recognise each others sovereignty.
### *Article 4 *
All Nations agree that the Government and diplomatic staff are granted Diplomatic Immunity persuant to the Vienna Convention.
### *Article 5 *
If a Nation wishes to cease foreign relations with the other Nation, then they would need to notify the government in question 48 hours before publicly announcing the cessation of foreign relations.
### *Article 6 *
The Nations will not recognize any claim of sovereignty or independence that infringes upon that of the other Nation.
### Article 7
The Nations may amend this treaty through a written agreement, signed by both Heads of State.

# Treaty Satoshi-Versmark
### Article I
The Governments of the Sovereign State of Versmark, and the Democratic Republic of Satoshi (hereinafter the “parties”), in exercise of their sovereign powers and in accordance with international standards on the recognition of States, declare that they mutually recognize each other as independent, and sovereign micronations.
### Article II
Both parties agree to establish mutual diplomatic relations, in accordance with the provisions of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of April 18, 1961.
### Article III
Both parties declare their willingness to guide their mutual relations in accordance with the international principles of mutual respect, peaceful cooperation, equal treatment, and non-intervention in their internal affairs.
### Article IV
The Governments of the signatory micronations agree to mutually promote cultural, scientific, and technical cooperation among their peoples.
### Article V
This agreement may be voided by mutual consent of the signatory parties, or in the event of the dissolution of one of the signatory parties. The below signed parties bear the authorization, consent, and position, of the micronation of which they claim to represent.
