# Treaty Satoshi-Agatonia ### *Article 1 * The Commonwealth of Agatonia and Democratic Republic of Satoshi are referred to as the “Nations” in this treaty. A “Nation” is a signatory of this treaty. ### *Article 2 * The Nations recognise each other territorial claims. ### *Article 3 * The Nations recognise each others sovereignty. ### *Article 4 * All Nations agree that the Government and diplomatic staff are granted Diplomatic Immunity persuant to the Vienna Convention. ### *Article 5 * If a Nation wishes to cease foreign relations with the other Nation, then they would need to notify the government in question 48 hours before publicly announcing the cessation of foreign relations. ### *Article 6 * The Nations will not recognize any claim of sovereignty or independence that infringes upon that of the other Nation. ### Article 7 The Nations may amend this treaty through a written agreement, signed by both Heads of State. *This treaty was signed on 30 November 2025 by * Grand Miner President Lucas of Satoshi (for the Democratic Republic of Satoshi) President Kaito of Agatonia (for the Commonwealth of Agatonia)
