Treaty Satoshi-Salanda

Preamble

This treaty establishes official diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Salanda and the Democratic Republic of Satoshi with the mutual recognition, between both of the nations as sovereign, free and independent nations with the mutual recognition between both nation’s pertaining as well to each nation that as a sovereign independent state both nations are capable of establishing foreign relations, declaring war, concluding peace, establish commerce, contract alliances, and do any other acts that are widely recognized by macronations as necessary for a government to be recognized as the government of an independent and sovereign state.

Article I

It is mandated that the Kingdom of Salanda and the Democratic Republic of Satoshi respect the institutions, laws, claimed territories and the citizenship of both the signatory states and their citizens. Both nations shall work on collaborating on projects that are proposed by one another with the projects falling in the boundaries as defined by this treaty. 

Article II

The Kingdom of Salanda and the Democratic Republic of Satoshi undertake the extension of their corporate and cultural relations, supporting each other in foreign policy, unless there is a state of conflict based on each nation’s own fundamental principles. 

Article III

It is with positive intentions that both nations align in mutual recognition, alliance, friendship and collaboration that the treaty may be modified and extended with the consensus of both parties. 

Article IV

The document comes into effect when both nations signed it, if the treaty isn’t signed by one of the nations in seven days the treaty didn’t comes into effect.
