Preamble

We, the people of the Democratic Republic of Satoshi, in order to build a prosperous, innovative society, establish this constitution to harness the potential of technology for the betterment of the world.

Chapter I: the Government

Article 1 - the Government

(a) Branches of the Government - The Government shall be the national government of the Democratic Republic of Satoshi and shall consist of a legislature, executive and judiciary branches.

(b) Duties and Powers of the Government - The Government shall have the duties of:

  • Regulating the currency;
  • Maintaining foreign relations;
  • Enforcing and executing the constitution;
  • Maintaining, proposing and questioning legislation;
  • Regulating domestic trading. These duties shall be divided between the legislature, executive and judiciary branches in this document.
