Treaty Satoshi-Todia

Treaty of mutual recognition and for the establishment of diplomatic relationships between the Republic of Todia and the Democratic Republic of Satoshi

The Republic of Todia and the Democratic Republic of Satoshi, called from this moment the nations, agree to the following articles:

Art. 1:

The nations recognise each other's independence, the nations will not establish diplomatic relations and recognize the independence of a country that is a concurrent of one of the nations.

Art. 2: 

The nations are separate, sovereign and equal countries and both can’t interfere in the internal affairs of the nations.

Art. 3:

The nations establish formal diplomatic relations and both shall notify a change in the governament system or foreign affairs (without interfering in both cases).

Art. 4:

The nations agree to the right of either of the nations to open diplomatic missions of each other, such as Embassies and if considered necessary, Consulates; physical or virtual, in venues, suitable for both of them; such Embassies shall be created by the Foreign Ministries or other such institutions in both countries; diplomats shall be nominated for the work in these missions via agreement between the Governments of both countries.

Art. 5:

The document comes into effect when both nations signed it, if the treaty isn’t signed by one of the nations in seven days the treaty didn’t comes into effect.

His Excellency Christian Laudani and the Grand Miner President of the Democratic Republic of Satoshi hereby signs this treaty on the twenty-third of August twenty-twenty two at 12:00 PM.
